Pre-CanSkate is a fun, active introduction to the world of skating! • Basic Mobility: Learning to balance, march forward, and glide on two feet.
  • Early Agility: Making small turns and trying basic backward movements.

Required Equipment:
All participants must wear a CSA-approved hockey helmet (cage optional but recommended) and a pair of sharp, well-fitting skates (hockey or figure skates). Warm layers and waterproof mittens are highly recommended!
